- EXPERIENCE:
- Dahlia N. Dallo joined Harvey Kruse, P.C. in August 2003 after practicing ERISA regulatory law for a financial planning firm in Michigan. Currently, Dahlia’s practice focuses primarily on asbestos litigation, with an emphasis on discovery and trial preparation. Dahlia has also appeared on behalf of clients in asbestos litigation matters filed throughout Michigan. Further, she is frequently involved in settlement negotiations on behalf of several corporate clients.
- In addition to being an integral part of the asbestos practice group, Dahlia has also worked on general litigation issues involving premises liability, automobile liability, and insurance coverage disputes.
- Dahlia has also made it a goal to do pro bono legal work. Through her commitment to the Chaldean American Bar Association, Dahlia has participated in mobile law clinics, advising low-income members of the community on general legal issues.
