EXPERIENCE:
Dahlia N. Dallo joined Harvey Kruse, P.C. in August 2003 after practicing ERISA regulatory law for a financial planning firm in Michigan. Over the past decade, Dahlia’s practice has focused primarily on asbestos litigation, with an emphasis on discovery and trial preparation. Dahlia has defended her clients in asbestos litigation matters filed throughout Michigan. She has taken hundreds of depositions, successfully argued motions on behalf of clients, and served as part of a trial team on numerous cases.
In addition to being an integral part of the asbestos practice group, Dahlia has also worked on general litigation issues involving premises liability, automobile liability, and other general civil litigation.
