Ms. Kardasz worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Jessica R. Cooper at the Michigan Court of Appeals upon graduating from law school where she dealt with a wide variety of issues, including insurance, construction, and other civil matters.
Ms. Kardasz is a trial and appellate attorney. She has assisted in securing favorable case evaluation awards, summary dispositions, and appellate decisions, on behalf of insurance companies in coverage cases, first and third party automobile cases, and premises liability cases.
