EXPERIENCE:
David Moll began his legal career in 2003 at KITCH DRUTCHAS WAGNER VALITUTTI & SHERBROOK in Detroit where he represented defendant manufacturers and suppliers involved in asbestos litigation throughout the state of Michigan. In this role, he personally negotiated the favorable settlement and dismissal of hundreds of cases. In addition to his toxic tort work, he also practiced in the area medical malpractice defense.

Mr. Moll joined HARVEY KRUSE, PC, in 2012. Bringing with him several years of experience in the practice area, he continues to focus on asbestos litigation.
