EXPERIENCE:
Stephanie Marino Anderson joined Harvey Kruse, P.C. in May, 2004 upon graduating from law school. Mrs. Anderson practices defense litigation, including premises liability, insurance coverage, construction liability, personal injury actions, toxic tort actions, and is active in transactional practice. She represents clients in commercial transactions, with an emphasis on corporate matters. Specializing in defense litigation, Mrs. Anderson has successfully represented and counseled clients through all phases of litigation throughout the State of Michigan.
She assisted in obtaining successful summary judgments in favor of insurance carriers in insurance coverage cases in the areas of claims made policies, personal injury application, bodily injury exclusion and lost profit policies as well as securing nominal arbitration awards and case evaluations on personal property and personal injury claims.
Mrs. Anderson has also assisted in securing summary judgment for common law and contractual indemnity as well as under the exclusive remedy provision of the Worker’s Compensation Act for joint ventures.
