- EXPERIENCE:
- Trial attorney successfully representing numerous clients in circuit and district courts throughout Michigan, United States District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
- Since joining Harvey Kruse, P.C. in 1984 has represented many and varied clients throughout the state in asbestos property damage and personal injury litigation. Has tried cases to a successful conclusion involving civil rights and employment discrimination, as well as those involving serious personal injury as the result of third party automobile liability, premises liability as well as asbestos liability.
- Developed a long history of achieving favorable resolution of cases by motion or other means in commercial and business matters. Presented seminars and counseled employers on various employment issues including discrimination, ERISA, FMLA and EEOC proceedings.
- Prior to practicing law worked as a quality control chemist for a pharmaceutical manufacturer for three years. Later became a pharmaceutical hospital representative responsible major local and teaching hospitals.
