Dahlia N. Dallo specializes in defending toxic tort cases, with an emphasis on asbestos litigation. Her expertise includes defending product manufacturers, premises owners, and suppliers in asbestos personal injury cases filed across the State of Michigan. Since joining Harvey Kruse on August 2004, she has vigorously defended her clients, taking hundreds of depositions, successfully arguing motions on behalf of clients, and serving as part of a trial team on numerous cases. When needed, Dahlia has also provided her colleagues with assistance in a variety of other matters the firm handles, including auto negligence and general liability litigation.

Dahlia is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Counsel, serving as the organization’s President this year. She has also been a member of the Michigan Association of Defense Trial Counsel and the Chaldean American Bar Association, serving on its Executive Board in years past. The daughter of immigrants, and born and raised in Detroit, Dahlia takes great pride in being the first in her family to graduate college in the United States. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, attending plays and musicals, and exploring the energetic Detroit restaurant scene where she touts herself as an amateur food critic.
