Profile

Dennis Flynn has over twenty years of experience representing insurance carriers and self-insured business entities at the trial and appellate levels. As an insurance defense practitioner, Mr. Flynn has taken thousands of expert and lay depositions and has defended countless matters through trial. He is a veteran advocate, examiner and negotiator. An avid proponent of alternative dispute resolution, Mr. Flynn is devoted to seeking creative, cost-effective and expeditious outcomes for his clients.

Mr. Flynn is committed to the legal profession, as well as the practice of law. Dennis is a past Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary of the State Bar of Michigan Workers’ Compensation Law Section. He is also a past Chairperson of the Grand Rapids Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section.
