Profile

Nathan “Nate” Peplinski is a partner in the Harvey Kruse Troy Office. He has practiced at every level of the American court system from local district courts, to several arguments before the Michigan Supreme Court, to a briefing to the United States Supreme Court. Nate has a focus on appellate law, having started his career in the Court of Appeals Prehearing Division and has served several terms as the Senior Clerk to Justice Marilyn Kelly. Nate has also handled numerous insurance coverage cases covering a variety of insurance coverage issues and high exposure construction accident cases involving the common work area doctrine defense.

Nate is an avid music lover and enjoys attending numerous concerts each year. Nate also enjoys world travel and fine dining experiences. Nate was raised in North Branch, Michigan and currently lives in Clawson, Michigan.
