Profile

William is an aggressive litigator handling a wide range of matters in both Michigan and federal courts. He has represented clients in general tort defense, first-party and third-party automobile suits and homeowner’s insurance liability matters. This also includes matters involving workplace safety and construction zone liability. Further, he has experience representing municipalities in civil rights and employment cases.

Prior to joining Harvey Kruse, William’s primary focus was representing financial institutions in a wide variety of suits. This included suits in United States Bankruptcy Court along with class action defense. William also successfully defended several appeals in the Michigan Court of Appeals, obtaining favorable results for his clients. 

William has a daughter and twin sons. He is regularly involved in coaching his kids’ various sports activities. He is also married to a talented artist/teacher that uses her skills and talents to teach the next generation of young artists.
