Schmidt v Wilbur

Schmidt v Wilbur, 775 F. Supp. 216 (E.D. Mich., 1991), the district court had personal jurisdiction over general partners of a limited partnership whose agent sold partnership interests in Michigan and that a defendant can be served with process following removal of a case from state to federal court.
