Scott v Allen-Bradley Co., 139 Mich. App. 665, 362 N.W.2d 734 (1984), established that in a product liability matter a plaintiff seeking to impose liability on a manufacturer because of an alleged defective design must present evidence concerning both magnitudes of risk involved and reasonableness of any proposed alternative design.
