Nicole Wisnewski

Mrs. Wisnewski joined Harvey Kruse, P.C. in 2024 as an associate attorney. Her primary area of practice is No-Fault first-party and BI defense, but she has had experience in general civil defense, criminal defense, landlord/tenant matters, and civil rights claims.

Prior to joining Harvey Kruse, Mrs. Wisnewski worked at a No-Fault insurance defense firm and primarily focused on first-party provider claims. After graduating law school, Mrs. Wisnewski worked at Legal Aid to assist indigent Michiganders in navigating court procedures and legal issues.

Mrs. Wisnewski loves litigation and is passionate about ensuring client satisfaction in all matters. Her legal hero is her mother, Sandra, who inspired her to become a lawyer. When not practicing law, she enjoys video games, movies, and board games- along with spending time with her family.
