Successful Indemnity Claim By Michael F. Schmidt

Rodriguez v Dixon, Inc., Wayne County Circuit Court, construction accident case in which we represented Dixon, Inc. and filed a crossclaim against the co-defendant Leidal & Hart Mason Contractors, Inc. for contractual indemnity insurance. The trial court held that L & H owed both contractual indemnity and insurance to Dixon, Inc. and ordered L & H to reimburse Dixon, Inc. for the attorney fees and defense costs incurred in defending against the primary plaintiff’s claim.
