Wall v. Cherrydale Farms, Inc., 9 F. Supp. 2d 784 (E.D. Mich. 1998), established that the Michigan non-party fault statutes, MCL 600.2957 and 600.6304, did not violate the Due Process or the Equal Protection clauses of the U. S. Constitution.
