Bill Clos Obtains Dismissal In Provider Suit

Orchard Laboratories v Titan Insurance Company, 19th District Court. Plaintiff/provider filed suit to recover for alleged services provided to the underlying insured, Dawn Ruiz, who claimed she was injured in an auto accident in 2004. When Plaintiff failed to respond to our standard set of discovery and submit its corporate representative for a deposition, we filed a motion to compel, which the court granted. However, when Plaintiff failed to comply with the order, we filed a motion to dismiss. After a hearing, the Court agreed with our arguments, granted our motion, and dismissed the case with prejudice.
