1st Care Transportation, Inc. (Shantel Bagby) v National General Insurance Company, 19th District Court. A provider suit was filed based on alleged medical expenses incurred for claimant Shantel Bagby. We filed a motion for summary disposition on the basis that the insurance policy on which the claim was based was rescinded for material misrepresentations made in the application. In response to the motion, the case was dismissed.
