Overtime Overview — What Employers and Employees Need to Know About Overtime Regulations in 2020
On January 1, 2020, the FLSA salary threshold increased for the first time in 16 years, raising from $23,660 to $35,568 per year. It is expected that an additional 1.3 million workers will now be entitled to overtime because of it.
